HUERTAS DE LOS HORNEROS
The Huertas de Los Horneros project unfolds in Camino de Los Horneros, a booming real estate area surrounded by gated communities. It is the first housing estate with independent, detached houses designed by Gómez Platero Studio and built by Norte Construction Company. There are a total of 189, 125m2 houses in 500m2 plots.
With an investment of US$ 50 million, it was built in 4 stages. The works began in February 2021 and will be completed at the end of 2024.

LOS OLIVOS
The project is made up of more than 400 lots of between 800 and 1,000 m², conceived as an articulating piece that builds relationships between its residents and the community, as well as with the natural landscape. Garda
It is a horizontal property regime project developed by Urioste Arquitectos in the Parque Miramar lakes. The project entails two houses with a constructed area of 177m2 each, backing onto the lake. The expected completion date is March 2022.

LOCH Carrasco is located on Avenida de La Playa, a few meters from Avenida de las Américas, in one of the most popular and thriving residential areas in Eastern Carrasco, sitting in front of beautiful lakes. The building will house 40 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.
Starting soon, the 5000 m2 works will be led by Norte Construction Company. This Gómez Platero Studio development represents an investment of $ 9 million.
