Los Olivos

The project is made up of more than 400 lots of between 800 and 1,000 m², designed as an articulating piece that builds relationships between its residents and the community, as well as with the natural landscape. The integration between the different programs is expressed at all levels of project development.

In relation to the natural landscape, the differences in the level of the terrain mark basins and low valleys that include ravines and native trees. The proposal seeks to revalue the pre-existing landscape, converting natural spaces into parks for common use, offering visual corridors where the nature of the place dominates and orders, inhabiting and preserving the ecosystem at the same time.

For the Camino de Los Horneros, the transfer of 6.5m is planned for the widening of the road on the side near Los Olivos, 30m wide for the widening of the road and the incorporation of a pedestrian path and bicycle path. Inside the project, a public road network is defined consisting of a 20m wide main avenue with a central garden that connects the Camino de los Horneros with Camino Paso de Escobar, and another 17m wide street that crosses the project. to west.
